My name is Adela and Im originally from Czech Republic (Europe). I've been in Lakeland, Florida since December 2015, practically as a stay at home mom. I always liked baking, decorating, and eating all sweets:-) but never really had time for it. As a stay at home mom, I finally had someone to be baking for and with our baby boy being born, I wanted to learn how to make amazing cakes for his birthdays. So I always tested them first on my husband. My first official baked and decorated cake ended up a huge, heavy, cake at 22 lbs and 14" tall! 

My loving husband mentioned that I should do something smaller for my son (since he will be only 2). So I found a recipe for cake pops and it seemed like an amazing alternative. They're easy to eat, even for kids, with less mess than cakes or cupcakes. They're delicious like cake except with way less frosting to get dirty with :-) They can be decorated in so many ways that they were just perfect for everybody. I ended up making a much smaller cake too! Well, not that much but still a bit smaller than the first one. I also made tons of cake pops (I think about 70), which were gone so fast I was sad I didn't make way more. Everybody loved them!! Not only kids but their parents, our friends, and everybody around as well. I was so happy that I made them again for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and then anytime I could just to make someone happy.

 I'm not gonna lie, I'm still learning. I believe that with time and practice I will only get better, get more creative, get more ideas and hopefully people will get interested so I can spread my happiness to others as well. So far each cake pop is purely handmade from scratch. They are not perfect but they are made with some added love and sprinkled with some magic..:-)I hope you will like them too!
